For instance start jogging as fast as you can on treadmills for 10 seconds followed by 12 seconds of slower jogging.


4. Focus on high fiber food: high fiber foods work to fill you up faster and keep you fuller longer. Eating more fiber will help us to eat less during mealtimes as well as snack less. Food high in fiber includes whole wheat products, avocados, leafy greens, flax seeds, and apples.
